The hotel rooms were fantastic for the money, with very cozy beds, good TV with plenty of channels, great wifi signal, and notably clean and classy with high-quality trim. The experience truly exceeded our expectations, providing a very enjoyable and relaxed stay. The service was very courteous, portraying genuine Thai hospitality with much demeanor, and the staff, especially Jean at the front door, had a welcoming attitude. However, there was an incident where we were charged extra to Bangkok despite the standard rate being clearly indicated by the reception. The location was ideal for me, not too far from restaurants and bars, and I would definitely return in the future and recommend it to others. The hotel was great for a golf trip and to enjoy drinks by the pool area. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of Asian and Western food. However, there seemed to be overly adjustments towards the likes of Chinese people. The facilities were top-notch and the management and staff were helpful with any requests. Overall, a nice location on the edge of the main nightlife scene.

I had a great time at the hotel! The rooms were huge and clean with ultra-comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms, but soundproofing could be improved. The service was very pleasant, although I had a strange experience with being monitored in my room and charged for a guide unexpectedly. The location was convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it perfect for exploring. The dining options were good, but I found them a bit repetitive for a longer stay.
